six month challenge

day 1 of six month challenge!!!  anyone care to join me?

1.  list 10 things you desire in life - broad or specific
2.  list 10 hindrances to those goals

write it down.  post it on your fridge, on your desktop, on your wall, wherever you will see it.  mark your calendar.  mark off weekly or monthly milestones in advance. 

open yourself in whatever way feels accessible to the first 10 things.  deal with the latter 10 with discipline and compassion (both are equally important).
 

in six months see the result- then throw a party!
