Weekly Public Classes
wednesdays at 18:15-19:45
pranayama/meditation (30-40 minutes of kriya and pranayama + 15-20 minutes of meditation)
sundays at 9:45-10:45
sundays at 11:00-1:00
*a note: Each of my classes is infused with alignment, movement flow with breath, thoughtful sequencing and challenges for body and mind. I have chosen to move away from the label "vinyasa" only because I feel it hinders what I can offer because of a popular notion that vinyasa is constant flow or "power" yoga, etc. I enjoy moving with the breath, and sometimes with music. You can expect some of both in any class.
