Sustainable Practices for "Healthier Dancer Days" - Dublin, Ireland

This session will be focused in three components: upper body (thoracic spine, shoulders, neck, jaw), lower body (feet and ankles, knees, hips and low back) and movement/exercises to integrate the whole. Using mindfulness, interoception and deep awareness, we will observe where we each hold balance and imbalance in the physical form.

Yoga Therapy - Saturday MI-YA

Join Anya and assistant teachers in this intimate semi-private setting designed to explore specific needs of students including injuries, mobility issues, balancing strength and flexibility and other unique situations that cannot be addressed in most group classes. This is designed to be a learning environment for both the assistants as well as the client, so the cost is greatly reduced from a regular private or semi-private session. 

Very limited capacity (4 people maximum). 

English spoken with German translation if needed.

Finding the Balance: A Two-Day Journey into Well-Being

In this weekend mini intensive, Anya will share a variety of methods for creating harmony and balance in the body using subtle and powerful variations of asana as well as self-administered and partnered hands-on work. In addition, vital practices of stillness, breath and meditation will lay the framework for maintaining the equilibrium established in the physical form. The backbone of the work includes a core set of techniques that successfully address specific systems, tissues and joints, however time and space will be provided for individual concerns from group participants. Each attendee can expect to come away with a deeper understanding of his or her own physicality and equipped with a set of tools to encourage sustainability on and off the mat for years to come.

Come join in an intelligent, creative and sweat-infused class post-TDay at my fave NYC studio, Kula Yoga in Tribeca! You may fill up with all your favorites on Thanksgiving night; I'll be happy to help you lighten the load on Friday morning!
