I have taken yoga classes with Anya on and off for the past 7 years. I appreciate how her yoga teaching style and my yoga practice have evolved and aligned over time. Her knowledge of anatomy and how the body is connected is vast and she incorporates that into her classes in an understandable and accessible way. I enjoy how she gives the time to explore how movements, big and small, feel in my body. She is also incredibly aware and attentive to her students and is quick to offer modifications if needed.
