I am endlessly inspired and intrigued by the beauty and mystery of our experience

the subtleties that often go unnoticed
the unspoken languages of our body
the dance of the stars
the space between our perceptions and our actions

the reasons why we do what we do

about me...

I have found yoga and contemplative practice to be a gateway into profound self-discovery and personal evolution. It is an honor to share the approaches that have impacted my own life and to invite others to honestly and courageously meet themselves through this work. I have taught and studied throughout the US and Europe since 2001. My work has covered much ground from Iyengar to Ashtanga yoga, dance to somatics, functional movement to gait biomechanics, as well as breath and meditation through various lenses.

After opening my own studio in New York in 2020, I returned to Switzerland in late 2023 with my family to make a home again in one of the most beautiful places on Earth.

In 2024 I open SAN, now my third studio (SAN 三 is “3” in Japanese and Chinese Kanji).
In April of 2025 I will begin a full training in Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture here in Switzerland alongside my teaching.
