CLASS SCHEDULE

All my classes are semi-private - no more than 5-6 people per class.

If a class if full, you may join the “waitlist” class - you will be notified by 2 hours before the class if a space opens.

Pre-registration is necessary to join classes.

  • 2-3 Hour semi-private therapeutic yoga + biomechanics workshops for curious students wishing to dive into their own understanding of their body. Also for anyone seeking tools for injury and pain management.
