Inner Yoga + Biomechanics Series: Foot + Ankle
Our feet are capable of being as dexterous as our hands (28 bones each side including the ankle joint), yet often due to years of immobilizing and ill-fitting shoes as well as lack of variation in surfaces, feet lose their capacity to be mobile and resilient. Learn to assess and properly address your feet to build a clear and adaptive foundation for whole body movement.

Inner Yoga + Biomechanics Series: Hand + Wrist
Our hands are our connection to the world around us through sensing, holding, letting go and caring for. Imbalances in hands, fingers and wrists can manifest up through the shoulder into the neck and jaw as pain and tightness. If left unchecked, these imbalances can actually affect and shift our spine and lead to other issues further down our movement chain. Losing confidence in our hands can literally knock us off our center.
